I have to admit that one of the neatest, most used and most time saving devices are bean to cup coffee machines.  It is exactly as the name suggests.  A single machine that does the complete process from bean grinding to fresh brewed coffee.

You can put away your stand-alone coffee grinder.  In the case of a bean to cup coffee machine that also does espresso or cappuccino’s, you can also put away all of your separate java machines and consolidate them into one.

All that’s required is to fill the bean compartment with whole beans, add water to the reservoir tank and then set the brew time.  We all like freshly ground coffee beans, but sometimes is more time consuming and messy then we want to deal with.  Even if you manage to do it, you tend to grind enough coffee for at least a week in advance.  That means several days of post-grind freshness that’s gone even before the coffee is brewed.

Have freshly ground coffee minutes before it’s converted into a nice, delicious cup of morning goodness.
